So after a few weeks of not driving (and yes I had the battery tender hooked up) I decided to take it to work yesterday.
TPMS went on so I added air to the fronts and it did not help that error

Also getting the TRIANGLE error saying SYSTEM NOT PROGRAMMED

I disconnected the negative on the batter overnight and this morning reconnected it still no help

The car runs and drives normally

Here are the things that I noticed are malfunctioning
    1. TPMS light on and not calibrating
    2. Right screen only on speedometer, no nav, no radio etc
    3. Right side controls do not work and the backlights for them are not even on (radio, nav controls)
    4. Hood and fuel release buttons not functioning

any help would be greatly appreciated

Disconnect the negative again, but don't leave it off for vey long, max 30 seconds. Reconnect, key up and wait for 10-15 seconds, then start..

I have had the same and as I recall I changed the battery. How old is your battery?

Take it to the dealership so that they can diagnose the problem and reprogram the system. Is you battery new? if not, replace the battery as well.

Take it to the dealership and have the problem diagnosed by someone with the proper diagnostic computer. You may need to replace the battery. Otherwise you are just guessing as to what the cause it.

You have to do a PROXI program then a PROXI Alignment of the control module. The ONLY tools that does this is the Leonardo or the dealer tool at the dealership.
