Any ideas what size jet this is?
If I was to guess it would be 770, but most of the discussions are around 220.
Are they just strange looking 2's?
The zero at closer inspection isn't even closed and is open at the bottom.
    What do you reckon?

I would think it's a 170. If you've got a good collection of twist drills put different size drills in the hole (not the pointy end of the drills!). When you find one that has a good fit measure the drill diameter with a caliper. Should be 1.70mm for a 170 jet (if that's what it is). Someone may have drilled the jet larger in the past so this really is a better method than going by what is stamped on a jet anyway.

I agree with Eric. It's likely a 0.170 mm jet. Does the hole appear to be the same as it's cousins?

I'll measure it against a drill stem and see what I can determine.

1.70mm (0.170mm would be awfully small!)

    Eric,

Yep. Too much red wine on my part. My post should have shown 1.7 mm.

Hopefully it's Italian. Must be good wine... you spelled my name wrong twice ;-) (Erich with an "h" is the German spelling)
