Hello to all, just purchased what I was told is a 1978 400A. Previous owner is/was a F Chat guy. Went to transfer title and the lady says..............is it a 78 or an 80? My eyebrows went up, well should be a 78, but than she ased is this a pick up? Seems registration/title lists as an 80, Ferrari pick up! Don't feel anything hokey is going on, but if anyone can provide any info on V.I.N 23613 it would be greatly appreciated.

This forum is a wonderful resource! Thanks in advance.

    Godspeed!
    Dave

Dave (Foley), do a post just introduciing yourself to all these guys. They're really helpful, Dave Stacy being the king of helpful. And, Dave (Stacy), I sold my car to this gentleman, so I want to personally thank you for the help you gave me and all I know you'll do for him.. Until I get another Ferrari, I'll miss the posts from all the 'regulars' ('Regards, Art.') Bill Grady

Sorry? No need at all. Life tends to get in the way of toys now and then. I haven't done much around here as of late, I've been on my Brit cars getting ready for a charity rally.
Let me know what you need. The guys here are really good at helping sort out trouble, finding parts, and (said in a humorus tone) generally affirming that your not nuts for buying one of these cars. (which you are, but who cares?)

by the way....series 1 cars are Top Dog around here. Way to go. I used to have one, I have an S2 now, and I sure miss her.

Fill out your profile when you get time.

You have no idea how timely this post is. It sure was nice to see.
I have a bozo who thinks he knows someting about these cars busting my chops via PM.
I do what I can do just because its fun and lots of people have helped me.
