help! wspeer, etc....is this for a 246 or 308gt4?????

i have never seen this style pouch used on a 246, only a 308gt4

 

Give me 'till later tonight so I can double check. I believe the correct pouch for an early GT4 has a reddish interior.

I have the original pouch for my series 1 GT4, I'll look tonight.

I have the original pouch from my early series 1 GT4. I know it came with the car.

It has black Dino script (no box around it) on the front.
The inside is a redish "silky", "sort of shiny", "kind of satin" type of material.

It looks exactly like the one you mentioned above except for what I noted.

Having said that I'll bet if we could go back in time to 1974-75 we'd find 246's and GT4's on the showroom floor with 3 or 4 different types of pouches.

 

The one above in the ebay ad seems to have a "yellow" interior and gold script on the front.
