Well...i was looking in youtube and then i found that a guy stole my video...well not stole but download it and then upload it with his account My video... http://youtube.com/watch?v=0SDXMwbY6Jo The stolen video... http://youtube.com/watch?v=IEnZdFUOXNg I know it isn't the big deal, specially cause the video is not super cool or something like that but he could have contacted me if he wanted to put my video that was in youtube AGAIN in youtube... What should i do?
Whenever you post anything such as photos or video on the web, it might be a wise idea to ad a watermark to copyright your work for protection. Unfornatually most thieves will just block it out or paste their own logo of it. If it any consideration Jorge, I flagged your stolen video to Youtube for violation of the terms & agreement but that my not help but at least it's a start.
Thank You Guys... Just flag it and put the thing of other terms of use violation... I hope that Youtube remove the video...
See #3 above. I've had my watermarks 'shopped' out, so you either live with it, or don't post your stuff. Most of my good F1 pics I have not posted, but some day I will, they don't do me a lot of good sitting in a box..
as you see on my youtube i have alot of car video's www.youtube.com/1exotic some guy stole my video, and i pm'ed him and had a talk saying that he stole my video, im like listen mother ****er take my video of or ill contact youtube and have your account closed, so i e-mailed youtube and i still havn't got a e-mail from them
