I believe that the more these events happen with-regularity, the more attendance they will spark. I also believe that when the more 'mature' folks attend, the more respectful the crowd will be to a multi-marque event. Younger people feel the need to belong to some well-defined 'niche' - older folks don't have the time, the stomach, or the stupidity for that B.S.

The C-n-C event I attended was interesting in that the 'old-timers' would chat with almost anyone who showed an interest in their machine, no matter what it was. The younger 'ricer'/Euro-tuner dudes just walked around and tried to fit-in. I thought the coolest car to show-up wasn't an exotic at all, but a well-made Rat Rod. Parked right next to a fully-restored Ferrari 250 GTE. The New England Pretentiousness can die if you let it.
