    So even with the low miles, after 17 years would it be safe to assume one should replace all rubber parts, hoses, belts & tires? So say $13K to do all that?

    From the pics, that would not be one I would drive, it would definitely be a garage queen. Buy it, keep it 20 years and hope its worth 50% more, if you use it the value will decline rapidly, so the 13k is not needed for rubber goods.

    Just my opinion.

    If you're just going to buy and store it you can do that for less. If you want to buy it and actually drive the bloody thing, I think you should double your estimate. Engine out/belts/water pump/clutch(pressure) can be $15K alone. Add all new tires, fuel lines, coolant lines, bushings, boots, A/C maint. could easily be another $5K minimum, and that's on the low side. Plan on $20-25K if nothing has been done to the car in the past 10 years.

    If the car has a recent service and the seller omitted that from the ad, that is very poor advertising. A fresh service will go a long way in selling these cars. My bet-no recent service.

    Looking at the lower a arms, Brake rotors and seats says one thing....mileage is correct
