Not in Manhattan but in Short Hills, N.J. Brian Vignale of Independent Motorworks. (973) 376-7888. When I was looking to buy a Dino I hired him to go with me to St. Petersburg, Fla. to inspect two Dinos, one of which I bought. He subsequently did engine and other work for me on the car. Very knowledgeable and fair. This past April he also did a pre-purchase inspection of an F355 for me. Tell him Jack Hassid referred you. I also have someone in Southampton who I can recommend.

Phil- try the guys at vantage motorsports in glennbrook ct (2 stops from new canaan on the rr) Mike is the owners son & he pretty much runs the shop. His father Marjan was the head mechanic at the AsTton Martin dealer in Greeenwich for many years. They are nice to deal with and are a family run shop-very good with Dinos. The head mechanic Paul is talented but Mike will be your point of contact. I can take you out for dinner and get you back on the rr if you come & see them. Good luck (by the way you can do this stuff yourself but thats another story!!)
