Sold Heuer Monza 40th Anniversary Limited Edition Chronograph

Up for sale is my Heuer Monza 40th Anniversary Chronograph. This watch debuted at Baselworld in 2016 as an updated reissue of the 1976 version that was a tribute to Niki Lauda's 1975 F1 Championship with Ferrari. This is a limited-edition watch (I believe 2000 were made, mine is #1091) that retailed for about $5,000 new. The Grade 5 titanium case is 42mm.

I bought this in 2020 from a collector friend. It got many compliments at Monterey Car Week last year including two on the lawn at Pebble with the red strap (pictured). I have never worn it with the original Heuer-branded black strap with clasp that is on the watch now, so it's in excellent condition. I bought this to compliment an Italian car that is now sold.

eBay and WatchUSeek prices seem to hover between $3,500 to $4,000. $2,950 is the Fchat member price with fully insured 2-day FedEx shipping in the U.S. Venmo or Zelle are fine for payment.
