You guys ROCK! In all seriousness, I don't want to put you guys out on this and I'm extremely appreciative of you coming to check out the pool and the "hardware" if it's not an imposition for ya. Ed, I would owe you BIG TIME to come all the way out from the island and frankly I would feel bad about you coming out unless you just wanted to take a nice drive. I know it's closer for Hutch, but even then you guys would be on my "favored" list if you decided to come on down. Just an FYI, I've contacted a local pool company and they can come out early next week to do an inspection. Don't feel like you have to come down if it's at all an imposition (I said that already didn't I?). Bottom line, if you can make it come on DOWN! The driveway is Carerra GT friendly from an approach angle standpoint (gotta love that) and I'll have some chilled beverages and fresh Pizza waiting for all those who wanna come down and check it out. If not, then once I'm settled in the party will commence! PS - I've already warned the neighbors that loud Italian & German exhaust noises will be the norm. Betta get used to it.

My wife just reminded me of previous plans we made with some friends. Sorry...... but I know you'll be in good hands with Hutch regardless.

DONE! Checked out Eric & Trisha's new casa today, and IT WILL BE PARTY CENTRAL!!!!!! The pool is awesome, and there is a lot of deck area around it for outdoor BBQ's and parties!!! Eric took a quick lesson in pool servicing and maintenance 101. The house is gorgeous!! Being previously owned by a builder, the construction and renovations are top notch!! Congrats on the house Eric!!! And let us all know when you want the help moving!!! That is what friends do for one another !!!!
