High-end detailing specialist in LA area?

Iconic Motorbikes informed me today that they do not have a detailer on staff who is capable of a high-end detail job. Nor do they know anybody that they could call in from the LA area to do one. I certainly don't in my small town, so I'd like to get a recommendation on one I can send over to Iconic's facility to perform one on my Ducati 996R. For example, the detail guy that does my cars is fine at what he does, but by NO means is capable or experienced in Concours level stuff or high-end collector bikes.

To be clear, it must be a top-tier detailer experienced with motorcycles and who specializes in preservation and Concours detailing. I'm talking about Monterey car week level of detail here and I don't mean for the paintwork, anyone decent detailer can do that. I mean for everything else on the bike as well. Someone who is a master of their tools and processes to ensure not a single fastener paint marking is diminished and that no surface finishes or anodizing is negatively affected, etc. etc. This will be a multi-day detail.

Who can you guys/gals recommend that I can call next week about this? Iconic is doing a couple of small service items for me and I'm sure I could keep the bike there until a detailer could schedule it.
