High gain wireless usb for Mac???

Hey guys,
I'm trying to find a high gain wireless usb, something similar to this :

Anyone using a newer antenna running on Mac OS 10.6.8 or higher? Most I find online are not compatible and I read that the drivers are to hard to find.

Any tips on this is greatly appreciated~!
