Are you type1 or type2? If type2, ketone build up unlikely

Poof. I drove them both on the same day too and came to the opposite conclusion (note I'm talking about the Portofino M).
Having said that, the interior of the Roma is a step up except for the haptic rubbish on the steering wheel.
And that is a big problem IMO because your hands are on the wheel all the time.

I'm good most of the time but binge once in a blue moon and I blame Neralee

 

To be fair, neither of them is what I care most about in a Ferrari: mid-engine, full on supercar.

They're more GT, which is fine. But given they are a compromise I'd enjoy being able to put the roof down and put two people you hate in the back seats as well.
Therefore, the Portofino M is more appealing to me (plus I actually think it looks better).

The perfect one would be the Portofino with the Romas interior without the haptic rubbish.
