High idle in gear 2010 California

Have had this odd issue off and on now mostly on of course, The Ferrari won’t idle down at a stop while in gear. I can put it in neutral and the rpm’s fall to 800 or 900. In gear the rpm’s are at 1,200 to 1,300. Sometimes the car will idle back down to normal but not often. For what worth I can also tell the car is keeping a high idle in between gear shifts too. Clues? Experiences? No lights on and no codes.
