    hello guys

I haven't used my SF90 for about 3 months and now suddenly the agency tells me that the high voltage battery is discharged and is not charging.

The car, while in the parking lot I always kept it charged with electric power.

Can someone tell me if the same thing has happened to you and what would be the solution to get the battery to charge?

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks in advance

one thing that is also really important - you mentioned you had your car plugged in the whole time.

the "order of plugging" is super important.
when you park, (1) plug charger into wall. (2) plug charger into car.
    this order is very important!

also, do not use an extension cord.

Is this specifically for the SF90? My dealer told me a 12 gauge extension cord would work with my 812.

don't do it. the manual is very clear to not, and while i am 100% thinking "wtf it is just electricity", i did use also a 12g for about 15 min, and the cable was uncomfortably hot.

For an 812, you are just talking about a trickle charger. Nothing to do with a high voltage battery charger. The claim max current for it is 5A, under 12V. That's a 60Watt power. This translates to a .5A current on 110V, and .25A on 230V. Add in another 50% for losses (and that's definitely too much) and you are still at .75A max on 110V, .38A max on 230V. So any extension cord will do really.
