Highway patrol

A good friend lives on Dornoch Terrace in Brisbane which is 'cycle central' and the road gets closed for half a Sunday 4 times year. Imagine if our car club applied to close such a major road for a car club event even once a year? We wouldn't even get a hearing! Why are cyclists a protected species- look at the participants... follow the money.

 

Who comes up with this stuff??
So to pass a cyclist on a suburban street your well on the other side of most of the streets I use!!!

 

It's been in Qld for at least a year now.

 

Maybe if the Gad boys defend their "line crossing" charges they could claim they had to move over for cyclists who are obscured by the cars in the footage?
