HILL ENGINEERING -UNBEATABLE SERVICE

I am sure alot of you fellow F-car owners are familiar with one of our sponsers, Hill Engineering. I have ordered several items from Mr Hill for my 348, shipment always on time, great products, ect.

I recently ordered a gear shift knob. I noticed it had not arrived in 4 weeks. I sent Paul Hill an e-mail last night and got the reply this morning. He personally spent 2 hours last night tracking my package with the Royal mail service and the US mail. Apparently, somehow it got lost at the JFK airport. He is sending another one out today no questions asked!

Just wanted to let you all know, who don't know already, what a great company Paul has and that I give two thumbs up for their service and products!

I am used to getting screwed via internet orders so it is quite refreshing to get the service we all expect.

Re reading what I posted..it sounds rather sappy. I have just had so many bad experiences with the way people run their business. Extremely refreshing to see one do it the right way. Glad to hear you have had a good experience there too.

I have ordered a lot of stuff off the internet and I know where you are coming from. It is always refreshing to see an indivdual/organization come through for you... didn't seem sappy on this end...

 

I too have had a totally positive experience with Hill Engineering. Their products and services are top shelf. Many people are timid to order because products are coming all the way from England. This is absurd as Hill Engineering will likely beat US based suppliers every time. Keep up the great work Paul.
