I want to publicly praise the AG for exemplary customer service over the last couple weeks completing a major repair on my 430 (which had developed a habit of popping itself into neutral and then failing to be able to engage any gear)

Special thanks to Obi, Peter, Eric, and Ronnie..... and Ferrari Roadside Assistance, and FNA if you monitor this chat, you were great too!

    Thanks,

    DoctorB

The AG team also took great care of my 430 last week. They went through some big changes over there but still managed to take care of business without a hitch.
It's rare to have guys like Obi and Ron who care so much about their customers needs. By the way, you have GREAT taste in cars ; )

They should be walking on eggshells after that phone call fiasco! Any news yet on who gave up the info?

Dealers are supposed to give you good service on repairs.

I would like to thank Stan who got me back on the road in 3 days after bending a ball polish rim. They shipped the rim overnight from NJ. Thus allowing me to do the Vegas run. I cannot thank Autogallery enough.

+1. They're supposed to be doing that!
Funny how so many dealers have such bad service that these things seem special.

I don't think there's any verification on either parties behalf yet.

Hey Doc, glad it worked out. Sounds like it will last this time.
See you and your car next Sunday at the Concours at the Rose Bowl.

Hah! Sounds like the old Chris Rock "I take care of my kids" routine! ;)

Just got my car back today. I want to give praise to the service department at the Auto Gallery.
Bill Rhode did a fantastic job for me. I had some warranty problems (today my four year warranty expires) with the gears not holding, a broken dust pan and attachment to the bumper, along with some squeaks in the front.
The car feels and sounds and runs perfect.
Mr. Rhode really extends what "service" should mean. He was a pleasure to work with and went the extra distance to get everything right.
