Why are no historic/classic challenge racing Series existing im Europe?

Ferrari Official, a big Dealer, no one is organizing something, why not? I am sure it would work well and the People would like it.

    348, 355 and 360's in historic racing...

I think about 4-5 Weekends together with a race Series in Europe.

    What you think?

    Hello Heinz!

I agree, I am with You! A Series like CCR - Challenge Club Racing - would be fine here in
    Europe.

One 355 Challenge, 1 348 Competizione and 1 360 Challenge are with You!!!

    Regards

    Andi

If there is enough interest we will help you with a CCR FORZA Challlenge chapter in Europe. We would need volunteers and know there is a car count.

Hello to all. Thanks for the Respons and the PM's.

What I think is to start softly with 2-3 Meetings next year. Be part with the Challenge cars in 2-3 big Meetings may be in Italy, Austria (my Country ;-) and Germany.
Be part of some events like Ferrari Racing days or the (only all 2 years, so again in 2015) Modena Track day, see: TD 2013 NBR: Modena Motorsport

We could be a part of the Meeting, I am sure the Feraristi and the People would like it to see the Challenge cars back on the track again.

    What you think?

Hello Greg, thank you, sounds great. We are at the beginning, but for 2015 it looks good to be part during 2-3 Ferrari Meetings with the Challenge cars. What car are you thinking?

FOC GB has a series called the Pirelli Ferrari Open which has a pretty wide allowance of cars. There was also a Scandinavian Ferrari Challenge series, but I assume that's defunct now as I haven't heard news of it in years. However, I wouldn't be surprised if there is some form of Ferrari-only race events running around at a national level in Europe that I haven't heard of. There certainly are a few cups reserved for Italian cars where Ferrari's are present.

TBH I doubt there is a demand for a "historic" Challenge series in Europe. Most people running retired Challenge machinery modify them to run in national classes, if they race them at all. Many end up as track day toys. International events = bigger budgets, which those running older cars may not be interested in. If their budget is of a size allowing for international events, they are probably already doing it. That's simply my opinion, and I do still wish you luck in organizing an event. But there is a difference between arranging a track day meet and race weekend.

Hello Mr.Maranello, I agree and no Problem.

I only want to give these wonderful Racing Cars a Platform, racing, track day, showing the cars.
At the Moment there is nothing...

I see it with the Facebook Site, so much interest, great Pictures, Storys, the People like the old Challenge cars.

May be in the future, we will see, it's only a beginning.

A track day or annual meetup is something quite different than a race series, and entirely possible either as a stand alone event or in partnership with something else. I hope the Spa days with Modena Motorsport work out for you.
