    Certainly. It was restored to be as it was when it raced, but it has obviously been idealized.

    Wow! Was at the Le Mans Classic in 2016 and the highlight of the weekend was watching the GT40’s race. The winning cars in their race were 2 period GT40’s who were head to head in the final race.

    One of the guys was pushing for the lead on the final bend, lost it and tore the rear quarter off and damaged the rear wheel but scraped over the finish line. Pro driver in the car and can just imagine the owners face!

    Back to the Le Mans Classic next month to see the return bout! And better still, actually driving my 308 on the circuit between heats!
