Can anyone let me know how I can reach Claudio, as I am trying to contact him about a possible 1/18 model. Thanks in advance Alan W
I believe you could send him a note thru the chat, I just saw him few hours ago in orange county, is working on the car. However I know is quite busy, but you can try. Thanks,,
I have tried this but there has been no response yet, possibly he does not go on the computer much? If you see him again would you mind asking him to check his fchat messages! Thanks. Alan W
Hi, Alan. Are you a manufacturer or you're building it for your own? I've been searching for Cizeta scale models for years as this is one of my favourite designs of all time, but no manufacturer seems to have interest on building it... Thank you!
Hello, Your point is definitely well taken and I can only tell you with certainty the information on the book come from Claudio's computer. So much data has been taken without Claudio's consent and when he finally realized was too late. Chapter 10 on the book is full of fabrications, phony stories and distortion of truth of what was actually happened. Look at page #177 interesting pictures, where they come from? The Jeannie is coming out of the bottle and chapter #10 is going to have a nasty backfire. Soon the true facts will be told and with all the sabotages, conspiracies, squealing and more. Greetings,,,
Hello, I noticed that the cizeta wolf-pack logo is gone, went perhaps back to the master? All quite lately on the western front,,is something happening? By the way I heard that the Cizeta book is no longer available, for those of you who own it one now keep tight because it is a classic. I still like to know those fotos on page #177 where they come from. Perhaps the author of the book would like to respond. Greetings
I was going to stay out of this because nothing good was coming from the discussion, but let's be serious here. Maybe you would like to answer the question of how many/most/all of the photos "from Claudio's computer" got there in the first place and what the original purpose was for putting them there? It is very clear from Claudio's first post in this thread that he knew and was supportive of Brian's desire/intent to publish a book on the V16T and had been a very willing participant in the process up until the point that Brian began to gather the details of the brand history that Claudio clearly would have rather not had resurface. To come back now and claim "theft" and many other things is not only disingenuous, it is libelous and actionable. In other news I am pleased to know that Claudio wasn't lying when he said he has car #110 back in his shop though. Apparently he's had it for at least 6 months now? I do wonder why he failed such a simple test to prove me wrong when I challenged him on it, but I am always willing to admit when I am wrong and in that case I was. Boggles the mind how it could have been recovered from the clutches of our terrible regulators, but I'm guessing we aren't going to hear that story in any great detail unless Brian is given the ability to write it in the "Pictorial History of Cizeta Automobili - Volume II". >8^) ER
Reply on the way. Mr. peloton There are all the answers for your questions and comments on your post that I could give you. However at this time I will let Claudio respond to you if he wishes and wants to. After a lengthy research with witness, facts and documentations I uncover and discover what really is behind the big stage. Greetings,,,
Hello Mr.Brian, Copy # 40, you got me! I hope you have sold 400 copies or more because I sincerely believe and I don't wish to be sarcastic at all, the book is a great work and very well presented and you must have put lot of effort, and now is a classic. I can see that you are a computer whiz, may be you could tell me some about page 177 fotos in due time. Greetings,,,,
Does anyone know if Claudio will have the red Cizeta at Pebble Beach or at any of the Monterey shows? I am dying to see that car! Chris
Hey Cizeta fans, GT SPIRIT are asking on their facebook page if we would like a 1/18 CIZETA!!!! please go on to their page and tell them you want this car!!!!!!!. Now is our chance to finally get this car made in 1/18 please go and support this car on their face book page, Cizeta fans!!!!!!! (There are a few people saying no, so we need to tell GT spirit an emphatic YES!) https://www.facebook.com/GTSpiritmodels ... n=timeline / scroll down to their post from June 25th Lets pray we finally get one after waiting for 20 years!! Come on Cizeta fans tell GT spirit we want this car in 1/18!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's simply Incredible that no scale model manufacturer have thought about doing a 1/43 or 1/18 model of this car yet. I've been waiting for this for years...
There have been 1/43 kits from two different manufacturers. But you had to build them, and they were so-so quality. To have a 1/18 would be awesome
Yes, I think Alezan has made it, but it was not a well proportioned model at all. The model of this car has to respect it's proportions very well, because they are simply perfect. I wouldn't buy a model of the Cizeta if it's not well proportioned.
Are you all satisfied now ? Do we talk about cars here ? I started visiting Cizeta in 1990 until the end of the Italian story. I must say it was a thrill seeing the production of the Cizeta V16T. All the artigians became my friends and I know Claudio is still in contact with them. Therefor I feel sad to read all these comments. Let's concentrate on the car and hope to see it at events (and not in museums or hidden garages). At least Claudio tried something and ended up spending all his money to his passion. Just for this reason alone, I say 'Thank you, Claudio, it was worth trying' and thanks for your hospitality. Roeland
I know Claudio doesn't check this site very often, does anyone know how to get in touch with him? Seeing the red Cizeta has been one of my life's goals since I was a kid and I want to see if I can make that happen. Thanks in advance! Chris
Chris, just give him a call. I was in Carmel last week on vacation and drove down to Disneyland with the family. While I had a break from Disneyland, I called claudio to see if I could meet him and see the Cizeta. He was more than gracious, he let me take as many pics as I wanted, took a pick with me and signed a poster for my son. Very nice guy, and the car well... Pics don't do it justice. It's Just amazing!
Do you have any photos you can share? I would love to see a current picture of the car. Claudio was also very generous with his time for me, when I visited and I have many photos from back then in 2007, but I would still love to see a picture of the car now.
