I have CNN on and there was a local commercial for Home Marketing Services (HMS) by Bob Lovell and referencing www.blessyourheart.com. It is genius marketing as true Texans know "bless your heart" is not a compliment, it is a put down and that's what Bob Lovell is telling renters. This commercial was whack though! Something about a drunk dog and a renter threatening to report him to PETA, so he says she needs a stiff drink. WTF!?! I found his YouTube channel and nothing uploaded in 4 years, so not sure his drunk dog commercial is on there. You can get the idea with other commercials though. So here is the commercial that started the commercial I saw on CNN. Ha!!! This commercial is about a dog that is a mean drunk. If someone can find the response as I saw on TV I would appreciate it.
