I know they’re larger unit is very popular in the 3x8 crowd. Has anyone used the 5.75 version for TRs? https://www.headlightrevolution.com/Sealed-Beam-Holley-RetroBright-LED-Headlights-5.75-Round_2?quantity=1
luckily we in europe not have sealed beam in my BB and also in my koenig competition I have bulbs from the shipping industry, about 30 % more watts but not street legal - who cares?
Good day Auraraptor, There is/was a discussion on these LED highlights in the 308 Section: https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/holley-retro-bright-led-headlights.659242/ To me these do look OEM, I think the jury is till out on the overall quality of these LED replacements. Cheers, Sam
Interesting alternative, but still expensive, I was trying to find out if the led headlights from Dapper would fit our cars but the cost keeps me from experimenting.
You could get the Hella H4 replacement bulb then swap in LEDs. That's what I did. The shape of the large glass housing is a bit different than oem, but it matches close enough for me. Ok, we'll consider the bulb replacement when we start the light upgrades. The new tires from 4Wheelonline arrived this weekend and scheduled for installation. One local guy also recommended Hela.
I believe Hella's lens project further out than Cibe. Upgrade your lighting circuit with relays, to take current load off switch stalk.
