Recently i bought an Ideal Homes 3D Architect design suite V6.0 for my laptop which facilatated the design of the interior, exterior and landscape of a home.

As I set off on my journey of creating my ideal luxury home, it became apparent that the program had an issue, that it kept crashing and I was losing the work unless i saved it. It also would not let me load up pre-built homes or register on-line.

I took the package back and got a refund however still have it on my laptop.

Is anyone familiar with this package? Any problems?

Are there any later or alternative packages out there that you recommend?

    Regards,

    Matthew

I've been using the Better Homes and Gardens Home Designer Pro 7.0. I love the thing. I havent had a problem with it, pretty neat to see a different approach then just using AutoCad all the time. I think the Better Home and Gardens are pretty good, you can get a cheaper one less than 100.

Is it to big for your computer? Did you try reinstalling it?
