Thought i should show you folks my baby coming home from the paint shop at last!
I looked at the photo's i took of when i first bought her only to give me the shock of realising it's taken exactly four years to get it to this stage!
Hope it does'nt take another four years to get her on the road.
P S I just couldnt bring myself to look after Black paint, Do you think i should change my name to GrigioDino?

    Splendid!
There is almost a blue hue to the top reflections, but we all know that this is not the sunny season in the UK so it must be the paint highlights...:)

    When's the coming out party?

    Beautiful!-

I know how you feel-- got mine home from the paint shop three year ago and could see the neighbors house in the reflection.

It will take some time and it will be heartbreaking whenever you put a small blemish into the paint when working alone. My garage is very small so accidents happened that cut me deep- but that is part of the great process of working on it yourself.

Thankyou for the kind comments all,Those photos were taken at dusk yesterday evening after a beutiful sunny day (contrary to Dinodans comments!)
I have of course started to bolt the odd thing back on today.....it is a really liberating feeling to start putting her back together and i have to admit that the first thing to go on was the original nose (Dino) badge and my wife said how sad i was.
Do you like my arch protection? note it's colour coded!
My greatest fear is damaging the paint during the rebuild and i have tried to get some Transit shield cellophane as used by Omgjon, But alas it cannot be obtained over here....any ideas?

Just in case you have not already done so check your brake switch near brake peddle and if it needs replacing do it now,I have just replaced mine and you have to be a contortionist to replace it when the car is all together,I have been putting my dino together over many years I wish I would have known about Ferrari Chat long ago every body is so helpful and they make life a lot easier.(POSSUM)
