That's a crack up!!! Love the 'Edward Rowe had no comment'...
Wonder how you work as a motoring journo with your wife doing all the driving?
simple....ask phil....his wife drives him everywhere
Was he still accelerating, or hard on the brakes?
was leaking oil according to my people
should have tried harder at least 250 if you going to go make it good
Easdown has been exonerated by the court and the California has been returned to Ateco.
Apparently, when aked by the police why he was doing 231Kph, the journo explained - "last week my wife ran off with a copper and when I saw you chasing me, I thought he was trying to give her back"
The magistrate agreed - justifiable speeding
Classic JM. gotta remember that one.
Both Police officers are in therapy as the pursuit only lasted a few seconds and they didnt get to use their tazers
How about This One
To quote BlackJag... I call BS
200 kph n a Kia Carnival minivan!
I'm inclined to agree with you.
lol. That brings back a funny memory. When I first came here I struggled with pronoucing some place names as many Aussies do when travelling to NZ. (Whangarei and Whakapapa is a good example, for those who don't know "wha" is pronounced as "Fa' in Maori)
Anyway I did the Melb/Syd/Melb trip many times. When asked where I stopped i said "gun" "dar" "gee". No one knew where it was. I said Dog on the Tucker Box" and they said oh you mean Gundagai. I guess you had to be there.
Interesting slant on the story.
so which half !!!!!
get it back in 7 days
test drives shortlytherafter, will only be conducted in the delaership carpark,
Know how you feel - spent ages in a French railway station trying to find out which train to get to "Mull house" to see the Schlumpf collection. Eventually got to "Moo-lose" and had a great time!
travelling via train 20 years ago in Itally I was looking for Florence as some old relatives apparently live there, got off the train at FIRENZA waiting for a change of trains, was a 2 hour wait .... had no idea I was in Florence, and I'm a damn wog !!
^^^^^^^^^^^no one will be surprised by that story.
well my brain was raised in English, how was I to know they would change the signs ????
