Hot air balloons set to sail over Baton Rouge

When I first read the headline, I thought it meant ex-con-Edwards was going to be doing a flyover w/ his new gold digger GF in a rented Cessna in support of their low budget, locally-produced, trainwreck attempt at a reality tv show.

 

this happens literally down the street from me. it's very neat! usually we are woke up by what sounds like talking in our backyard, but it's the people in the balloons close (around 50) overhead. last year one even had an emergency landing a couple houses down on our street. our kids are old enough this year to understand what is happening so it should make a very interesting weekend!

Maybe I need to rent one of those and fly it around Hattiesburg with my office phone number on it, certainly is eye catching!

I actually thought I saw him walking down Maple Street uptown not long ago. I wasn't sure, but when I drove by the guy turned and looked at me, so it may have been him with his super sonic sense of poon-detecting smell that knew a chick was driving by!
