I know there have been some not so good reviewes of the first version of the F2007. It looks like Hot Wheels has released a WC version with the correct paint color.

    What do you guys think?

Is it worth the $120.00 (with shipping) or should I pass and spend it on a BBR 1:43 version?

Depends on what scale your collection is - that and personal preference. Mine is focused on 1:18, so I'll probably get it. If you've got more 1:43 cars, it makes sense to get a 1:43 car...

if it was me i would spend it on the bbr version, the hotwheels version is more like a toy
rather than a collectors item. i myself have stopped buying the hotwheels f1 cars
because the quality is not there,i would like to see minichamps getting back rights to do
    ferrari f1 cars again.

i tend to agree, while the F1's in the hotwheels range arnt all that bad(in the 1/18)..i would rather have 1 great BBR than 3 ordinary hotwheels models,..i guess it just depends on how well ya travelling with the dollars :)

Don't waste your money on junks, spend it wisely and get a BBR 1:43 handbuilt instead!

The Hotwheels Ferrari are way overpriced.

I collect in all scales, from 1:64 Hot Wheels to 1:12 models and everything in between so 1:18 AND 1:43 are options. I don't have unlimited funds so I allocate dollars to the best model available. It sounds like the 1:18 versions are not that great for the money.

I found the model above at the Ferrari Store (www.ferraristore.com). It looks like the paint is correct but I'm not sure if anything else has been made correct for the WC Brazil car.

Thanks to everyone for the feedback.

I have found this ifo from a dealer in Toronto

    FUTURE RELEASES

-Mattel should announce a Kimi Raikkonen 2007 World Champion soon. These are expected to not only have the rear wheel disks, but the front as well. Also the paint will be that of the latter half of the season (Metalic Red).

just to give you heads upon f2007,the price of kimi has gone up by 20 euros
in some dealers for the release model, two weeks they were they were selling for 48.00 euros
people are jumping on the band wagon because kimi won the wc,and they are calling the release model
the wc car,if it was me i would by the bbr.

Yes. the one on the picture from the first post looks like a normal KR F2007.

Wait for the release of the special edition conmemorating the championship.

That is what I would do, and them make up your mind on Mattel / Redline / BBR, etc.
