I have had a hotmail account for several years. I pay, I think under $10 a year or something like that for expanded storage. I went to check my mail today and found to my amazement that I now get 2 gigabytes of storage for my $10/yr. It used to be like 20MB or something like that. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm wondering if it isn't a response to gmail from Google.com. Never got an explanation from Hotmail.
Not sure. I'm waiting for them to boost my freebie account. They were supposed to do that a while ago I thought.
Yup, that's hotmail's response... they're upping the limit on paid accounts... same thing with msn. There used to be a way ( ::grins:: ) that you could trick msn into giving you the 2 GB for free. It was fun while it lasted. Now my free msn account is back down to 2 MB.
yes.... yahoo, hotmail, etc have ALL raised their MB mailbox size to at least 250MB for free in response to Gmail's free 1GB mailbox
I have 4 gmail invites left if anyone wants them. I switched over from hotmail and I like it better already.
