House fumigation info please

    Hi All,

    I need to fumigate my house and would like to hear some experiences.

    The company tells me they need the house key, meaning access to the interior of the house. If they are tenting on the outside, why do they need to get inside?

    How much stuff did you pack away? I don't feel safe letting strange people access to my house. I think I'll have to remove all valuables. What a hassle!

    And then I'm out of my house for 3 days!

    If they are tenting and fumigating, you better figure more than 3 days, especially if you've got kids.
