    Just wondering if anybody knew where I could find a nice 1+1 or studio up to about $1250, unfurnished near ala moana mall??? Any help would be appreciated.

    A studio should be no problem at all, with money to spare. I feel a 1+1 will be tougher at that price. Try giving a call to Oishi's Property Management at (808) 949-9499. They should be able to give you some good information.
