    Okay, don't get all excited guys, I'm not switching careers. :)

    I have an enterprising young friend who is taking a year off before starting college. Her main objective during this time is to bank some cash to pay for school.

    So my question to you guys is: where do you think the best opportunities are to make some money waiting or bartending in Houston these days?

    Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    Well, FWIW, my friend is very attractive too, so maybe that's not a bad idea. :)

    I've had lots of friends who worked for the Pappas resturants over the years and all did pretty well. Lots of them actually stayed there after they got daytime jobs, at least part time. Pappasitos is good for bartending and waitressing...usually some big bar tabs.
