    Is there a track in Houston that has shifter kart racing? I heard there was a track somewhere near Tomball, but could not confirm it.

    Gulf Coast karters is out of Katy and there's another one in Hitchcock. Go to www.texasracekarts.com or to www.racekarts.com

    Do you run a kart? Got an 80cc Honda shifter here. . . Beautiful red kart, looks like it's going fast just sitting on it's stand. If you are interested in karting - attend one of Bondurant's (PHX) half-day classes (125 cc shifters) - I gave John a present several years ago of one of those classes, he loved it!
