I dropped in to the Ferrari race meeting at Silverstone on the same weekend, and, although it was nearly all new cars, there was a red 412 there, which I think is for sale at the moment. That's the only other one of these I've seen in living memory. I've clocked up about 700 miles in the past couple of weeks, but I'm abroad now until December, so it'll be tucked away in storage. Hope to encounter some other owners at some point!
That's not quite true! Actually, saw this one at Kop Hill on Saturday. Image Unavailable, Please Login

It's a one off convulsion of Blu Ribot/Blu Sera and a Verde of some kind. Pity the then owner didn't spend all that dosh on getting the correct crownwheel and pinion made instead! ......and yeah IMO triple TL's rule the genre !! ....last of the knockon rims, manual only, last of the carbys(400GT excluded of course) AND triples!
Yes: small displacement engine = 365 / daytona crankshaft / triple tail lights Longer stroke = 400, 400i, 412 / double tail lights 365 revs higher, but less torque, skiny tires and antiquated seat belts: a car for real men! It was also available in several interesting colours not proposed on the later cars. (Simon's blue is quite nice actually).
Brand new set of Michelin TRX fitted, and rear suspension spheres replaced. Next up is the leveling arm that needs some adjustment. Was too high, now too low. I do like when the back sits a bit lower... Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my MAR-LX1M using Tapatalk

This photo was taken many years ago with my brother's car. Both cars were pretty well matched against the colour of the Agip petrol station. That's one of the few time we managed to capture our cars together. Image Unavailable, Please Login (This 400i gen2 was sold to Jean-Michel and replaced by a red 400GT carb)

Looking great for the new season! Another outing; an even older 1965 Chevrolet Impala SS sliding by in the other direction to. Can't keep a good car down...
That Impala was in front of me at the pumps- it was gorgeous! And that is a seriously large two door! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
