I drove one of the other two creations.

There were reasons, the owner sold it later...

Do you know if the other two creations use Ferrari s/n as well?

I saw 4935 at Goodwood Revival in 2015 when it was for sale by ORC (www.oldracingcar.co.uk). It looked the business.

That description is absolutely incorrect and completely misleading. Total nonsense.
Besides all that a replica can never be "accurate".

It also used the identity of a real Ferrari.

There is a guy in Charlotte NC - who has a replica TR that is amazing - right size and to my eyes almost identical. 250 GTE engine. all tube frame etc.. Jim English is his name - used to work for Alan Mann Racing, and was working at Hulman and Moody ... making GT40's... I saw the car at the hotel I stay at when I'm at our corp office. I could not believe anyone would leave a $10M Ferrari outside a Hilton Garden Inn.... so asked to meet the guy and he told me that he had made several others - and one guy did not pay him so he kept it. he noted that its as close as original as possible except Syncromesh, and electric fans and extra oil cooler... the body work was produced using wood dolly and hammering. he had Ferrari badges on it but did not have any serial number etc, and had a log book with all its mtns, etc. wonderful car - great driving car - let me drive it around Hulman and Moody .... I'd take it!
