    I want to get rid of my glass and Motors in frames to do acrylic windows but I want for them to be able to go up or down maybe with some kind of straps and snaps any suggestions on how to do it anybody out there done it before little help please thanks. Looking to trim more weight off.

    What Bruce said... I got the rear window as a spare but haven't installed in yet, the quality is very nice. They also do custom work if required.
    Don't know what you'd concoct as a lifting mechanism, but if I were to go that route I'd just do something F40LM style.
