Hi everyone, I want to get my 296 on a narrow 2 post lift, impossible to open doors enough to enter/exit vehicle. So it needs to be pushed. How does one accopmplish that? Dealer suggested engine running but was not sure how to restart later when in need to pull out... Thanks for your help.
Thanks guys, it has that mode: Turn engine off while in N. Display says "Car Wash mode Active" - but as soon as I open the door it goes to P and activates parking brake.
To be honest I’ve not put my car through a car wash system , having said that CWM always pops up when I turn the car off in N. Did not realize opening the door reverts back to P. Now I’m almost certain there is a manual trans lock deactivation method , accessed from above on the transmission case, and the tool would be in the trunk tool case , however it’s pretty painstaking process. Fortunately I have not ever had the opportunity to use it.
