I missed the latest Superbowl (Italia 1 Channel showed it live) and now I don't know how to see it, as I was told it was an exciting game: Is there the possibility to buy the DVD with the game or download it somewhere, better if in Europe? Thank you very much.

    Ciao

Thank you very much, Mike: I already just watched the first half of the game with the link you posted. What an incredible Philadelphia call on 4th and goal, a fantastic trick play that will stay in all Superbowl highlights forever!

2nd half just watched: What a game! Two teams with a fantastic offense, an huge total yards game (never saw another like that, maybe Redskins Vs. Packers at Tampa Bay many but many years ago). Philadelphia played its best, New England did a bit more mistakes and so lost the game, but just at the last second. It was a big fight and an unforgettable and unbelievable Superbowl, one of the best ever or maybe even the best ever (I liked very much also the Giants win when Justin Tuck wasn't awarded the Superbowl MVP title despite deserving it) and what a big differences with bad old Superbowl I saw like the large victory of Chigago over New England or of Dallas with Buffalo when there never was a game. I'm sorry that one of the two had to loose at the end, as both teams, Eagles and Patriots, played a great game. I was impressed by Eagles quarterback No.9 (Foles?) and Patriots tight end No. 87 (Gronkowsky?): Both played a superlative game. And the same did the Pats quarterback.

    Thank you very much again

    Ciao

Krug is the top: then I suppose you don't have a Tom Brady poster in your living room... ;)

And it should have been called back because they did not have enough
guys on the line of scrimmage, ie 'illegal formation'.
    Just sayin...

Yes, could be. But the referee is part of the game, so it was a great play. I think Tom Brady badly dropped the ball when it was in the same situation: the game was lost there. As I wrote, two fantastic teams there: New Englad is a slightly better team than Philadephia (this is my opinion based just on that game), but the Eagles did their best possible game and won. It was a fantastic battle and the Patriots played a great game too: unfortunately one team had to lose, but the game was fantastic thanks to both teams

    ciao

I agree, it was a great game.
The last 8 minutes of the game it was like Philly forgot how to play defense,
or, NE figured them out, seems like NE was getting 10-12-15 chunks of yards
on every down. I have no doubt that NE would have won if the 'G.O.A.T' would
not have turned himself into a goat....

PS I recorded it onto a USB stick, if you want a copy, let me know.
I have a TERK digital converter box for over-the-air TV to convert it
to digital so you can watch over the air TV on old Analog TV's, I have a
really nice Sony in my basement I don't want to just dump, and the TERK
box also has a 'record' part, and it recorded it beautifully in HD, very nicely.

And the game wouldn't have been close if referees called what they were supposed to on NE....matter of fact NE would have lost to Jax if the referees did their job...but hey, it's all about the Benjamins, and NE-PHI would generate many more Benjamins than Jax-PHI

You know, 20-30 years ago I would agree with you, but today, I think the audience is MUCH more diverse, at least
in the NFL, I think any two really good teams would get an audience FOR THE SUPER BOWL.

But in the NBA, and NHL, I don't think that is true in he championship games, the casual watcher I just
don't think would watch a Memphis/Indiana NBA series as opposed to a Lakers/Celtic series, just as I
don't think folks would watch a Nashville/Columbus Stanley Cup final compared to Boston/Chicago, or
any of the original 6 (or 8). Or maybe Pittsburgh/Phildelphia. But that is about all. Again, IMO.
