    Err... no.

The 1974 Euro 308GT4 came with DUAL distributors.

    At least mine did...

No microswitch under the throttle on those though. One set of points to start a very nice long flame, and one to kill it, as I understand it.

Nothing much emission control in 1974 in Europe, I can tell you... :D

No that's the Factory configuration for a Euro (or Australia or other RHD market) back up lights..

There's only so many markets worldwide that car could be sold, so it's a very rare version of a very rare car! LOL!

Solid amber is actually easier to find. It's counterintuitive as the North American market is huge and that many cars used a lot of the spare parts up.....

No pistons, turn indicator column switches, ignition switches or steering wheels are available at the time....fun, huh??

Err...Yes, clearly we were talking 308gtb. Euro 308 and 208GT4 had two distributor each set up to work as a 4-cyl distributor. I think the motivation to go to one on the Euro GTB was to make room for the dry sump tank. Sorry, no long spark, that's h.s.

Probably easier than in 1976, when you had to know Mr Chinetti or speak Italian......LOL!

They dumped the whole remaining inventory in the Maranello Concessionaires of the UK, much better now...there's just some stuff you have to carve out of tree bark or something........go ahead I have three.....(steels)

Good to see you chatting, jmn!!!!!

Not to make light of other's misfortunes, that was a chatter's car....

Pay particular attention to every rubber fuel line in the system skipping NONE, and the modern ethanol blends are particularly harsh...go with the marine oroducts Mercury Racing introduced about ten years ago...

Why are none of the pics showing a single outlet muffler and cutout in the valance? This is unique to the fiberglass cars, maybe its a euro only on a fiberglass car 76 - 77?

Hi Paul, the single outlet exhaust was still used on the Euro steel 308 GTB.

    Regards, Robert
