How Did You Get Your 488 Pista Allocation

I had an allocation. Was offered a Pista initially. Our buying history is a number of used cars, then a new Speciale, 488 Spider, Lusso, 812 TM. A couple of months later I was phoned up and offered a chance to change it to a spider, which is what I originally wanted. Never once asked to buy one car to get another. I only know of three spider customers at our dealer. If you want to say 1 in 4 Pistas is a spider, that might be right. Definitely much less than 1 in 2 if our dealer is representative. You don’t really see many at Ferrari events, whereas the coupe is in ready evidence. I was at the Passione Ferrari event at Donington park recently. There were two spiders (including mine) and about 6-8 coupes. No F8s.
