I have bought a 430 and a 458 and I will have to wait at least 18 months for a 488 spider from the time they are released for sale.

I'll have my 488GTB in March or April. It'll be my 6th Ferrari . I likely could've had a spider but prefer the coupe. They tell me there is around a 2 year wait in my area for coupe and longer for spider ...

Indeed. Very likely earlier than that. This will be a very quickly flipped car IMO.

Yes but if history repeats itself those preowned cars will be selling at a premium for the first 1-2 years. I think the 488 will be much better than people think ..

I think the Spiders will take quite a bit longer than the coupe to get thru their respective lists....I was called and offered a Spring delivery for the GTB and I'm a "little" fish in this dealership....

Spiders will be showing up soon. I have a February build, April delivery. Would prefer a coupe but I think the spiders will hold their value better. I'll be out of the spider as soon as a TDF allocation becomes available.

I heard coupes may show up next month.

Well wait 2 years or pay 25k over sticker, life is too short, who cares if you pay 26k over sticker if you have car you want and love it.
