How difficult to remove door glass and frames?

    Dear guys, I want to remove my door glass and frames in order to refinish the frames and clean the other parts. How difficult is this to do? My car is a 308 GTSi

    I just fixed my slow window on the driver side so
    i would say that the most difficult part would be taking removing and replacing the power window cable system. After that's out it looks pretty simply as in a few 10m bolts on each side.

    For various reasons I've probably removed and reinstalled my window glasses, frames, cabling, motors, speakers, etc. on both doors two dozen times. On a 1-10 scale of eveything else on the car, I'd rate it a 3 (w/ the shifter bushings being an 8, PITA). While you're in there, rebuild the window motors, replace the pulleys, install relays to increase window speed and replace the door speakers w/ something decent.
