They are sealed units. I do not believe you can seperate them.

I'd also like to know how to take them apart. If they are sealed, you wouldn't think they'd get so many waterspots inside. I'd also like to know how to replace the bulbs, and how to replace the lens, if ever cracked.

IIRC they are sealed shut except for a small drain hole and cannot be taken apart...... if you do a search there have been a bunch of threads on the subject over the years. There was one guy that had a small leaf get inside and couldn't figure out hot to get it back out......

I had a similar problem with the sealed units in an M Coupe. BMW replaced the units under warranty because they are suppose to be sealed so nothing should be able to get into them.

Apparently you can pull the bulb out and there's a hole that you can access. Then, you'd have to fashion a cleaner on the end of a stick to get at the inside of the lense. Not worth it IMO. It seems like most 360's have it so just join the club.

You can access the bulbs by jacking the front up and removing the wheels. There is an access cover under the wheel well. SrfCity is correct in that once you remove the bulbs there is a small hole. The trick is trying to figure out how to clean the whole lense through a small hole!

since there is a small hole...and there is a leaf inside...just get a high powered Vacuum and suck it out...well, that is if u haven't tried that yet. As for the water drops...the best thing to do is probably just get a stick and fashion up some sort of absorbant tissue to the end and dry the wet spots.

Im sure there are better ways...but give it a try. :)
