    My 308 has that retarded 85 mph speedo. It would be tolerable if the needle would go into the red, but there is a stopper at 85 mph. Is there somewhere I can get a better face for the guage or something?

    Palo Alto Speedometer will put a 180mph face on your speedo and recalibrate it for you. They did mine and also repaired my clock. PASPEEDO.com

    This would be the most cost effective solution. I have seen the one's they convert, and they are undetectible from the original ones.
