    Hey guys. I was just wondering how the local get togethers work. Is it only Ferrari's or high end rare cars allowed? I was just wondering , because i would like to come to one and see some of the vehicles that people have. I have a really worked(it will be finished in the spring) Vw Corrado and was wondering if i could roll up to one and be "accepted" lol.

    Derek -- the last "non-fchat" sactioned event had a complete mix of cars and people. We had 3 Ferraris, 3 Z06s, a Lotus, etc, etc...In the end it was a good time.

    Personally, I love to hang out with different people and cars.

    Some of the fchat people have been nice enough to let me impose on their events, and I can say that they are all a class act! As such I doubt they would ever frown on enthusiast tagging along regardless of what they drive.

    Of course, there are region or fun-run specific spots on the web out there.

    even the last FCA drive of the year had a number of non-f-cars - a lambo, a bmw, a mustang, a maser or two, and so on and so forth.

    we're a pretty reasonable crew.

    of course if you DON'T bring an f-car, well, beers are on you ;-)

    All the NE FChatters I know are a totally down to earth, fun, accepting and cool bunch of guys. I can't imagine them minding if you show up in a non FCar. However, showing up in any Italian machine is worth bonus points! (Borrow a Fiat!)

    as long as your into cars you can show up in a taxi for all we care. One of us would be happy to let you ride with us.

    Right on guys , I appreciate it. My car wont be done till the spring , so i wont be showing up anytime soon. O yea , whoever said beers..... Im not old enough to drink...lol .....Thanks guys
