How do we improve 599 Air Intake?

    So many of us have done a lot of mods on the exhaust including Fabio's 6-1 headers. But what about the intake? Is there any way to ram more air into the engine? The long snorkels in my opinion look kind of meek. What about taking the air filters out completely? I know some folks have put the 599 MAF on the 612 with very good results. I don't think there is a plug and play solution for the 599 like that.

    Any thoughts?

    599 GTO intakes are now being reproduced by an industrious and clever chap in I think Hong Kong (would need to check on that though). Other than looking cool, the additional volume would be a useful for some more torque. Would need some special trev ECU work of course, but I believe this is all figured out already.
