How do yo wash the factory cover?

Building a new garage at my house and there is now concrete dust all over the cover.

 

typically I wash my factory car cover in the washing maching as normal. What you need to be careful with is the "concrete dust".

As it gets wet it will turn into concrete, so you need to get as much off of it as possible, and probably hose it down outside. Last you you want is concrete in your washing machine!

 

Take to a public Laundry Mat. Use the largest Washer. make sure you spread it out in there, don't just throw it in. It will bundle up. Start washer and let it fill up. As it starts to wash, add mild soap. Drying. Put in dryer and turn the heat down. Add 3 to 3 tennis balls or a clean old pair of tennis shoe's. Let it run for 20 to 30 minutes and take out. Turn it inside out and put it back in. Should like great. Mine does....good luck

 

use an air compresser to blow the dust off, than wash.
