It looks like I can't get access to the fitting. Is there another fitting I can use?

You've used a bit of a confusing term in your thread title as there is no "control pressure" in the Bosch KE-Jet CIS system. The fittings that you've circled are for measuring the lower chamber pressure (which does "control" how much fuel flows thru a given slit opening, but it's not called the "control pressure"). You must be deep in some poo if you need to measure that ;). AFAIK, you'd have to make your own -- which I did many years ago:

I made a few extra (as ordering a quantity of just 1 fitting, or a tiny bit of fuel line, never makes any sense) so send me a PM if you'd like to buy one ($50).

oh, banjo fitting. duh. great work. thanks!

Nah, was just wanting to see where it was at. My FDs were rebuilt by Larry Fletcher 6 years ago. I just wanted to see if I could see the EHAs working as they are supposed to.
