I have not seen the status at my.ferrari.com at all. What I have access to is only the pictures and spec of course - but not the status code.
RED 10 is a code in MODIS and unless you have access to MODIS you can't see it. Your dealer has access and is the one to follow-up with. my.ferrari.com simply gives you the fact that you've ordered a car and the date ordered and your basic spec when first ordering. The next change is when you see your 3 production photos. Your car details later get updated to your final spec (although may not include all details) as well as your VIN number and date (month/year) of purchase (not ordering).
