How do you register you car in the "My Ferrari" website

There should be a tab to add a vehicle, which takes you to an page to input your cars info.
I had to supply Ferrari with the cars VIN, purchase date, etc.
They then sent me an email and asked for proof of ownership. I sent them a copy of my registration. About a week later they sent me an e-mail notifying me they’d posted it in my car’s section.
The whole process was a bit convoluted, but it worked in the end.

 

PS - if that doesn’t work, just use the contact tab and send them an email informing them you are the new owner.
Ask them to post it on your car page.

That's odd. The full site looks much like the mobile site. I would contact them and ask for help.

 

I gave it a shot a few months ago and after putting in all of my information + VIN, I got an email back about a month later that said something didn't match their records. So I gave up at that point.

 

Apparently I haven't logged in since 2009, so I need to update "My Ferrari".

Using the Edge browser on a Windows 10 PC, this is what I see (after resetting my PW).

Hover over "My Ferrari" and the page area expands (sort of a pop-up, but with the page).

After logging in, I need to make the Mondial as sold, and then add my 348.

Is it possible that in user setting you have yet to accept all the communication & permission options ?

 

You really should not tell anyone that you own a Ferrari.

 

The My Garage space on their website is only visible to Ferrari and the owner.
